  3. Exceptions: Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Sale items are typically final sale and cannot be returned. Virtual purchases with specific non-returnable conditions will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.

Process for Returning an Item:

Physical Items

  2. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Inspection: Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  4. Refund: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Virtual Purchases

  1. Contact Us: To request a refund for a virtual purchase, contact us within the specified return period. No physical return is necessary, but proof of purchase and the reason for the return may be required.
  2. Refund: Approved refunds for virtual purchases will be processed back to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, contact us at support@openerotica.org.
